Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
