Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Summit Pacific, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conducting regular progress reviews and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure clients' needs are met.

• Developing and implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's specific challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with agency guidelines.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine the clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
\n
• Providing individual therapy sessions, ensuring that each client's treatment objectives are actively pursued.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to promote professional development and clinical excellence.
\n
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and provide holistic treatment to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves youth clients, focusing on their unique developmental and emotional needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Master's Degree in mental health or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
