Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a balanced caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and needs, facilitating the creation of individualized treatment strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through individual supervision and team-led trainings.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain a growth mindset and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
