This position is predominantly remote, providing flexibility while remaining connected to our outpatient office team. While we offer a structured schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in hours may be necessary based on patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to accurately understand each patient’s history and identify individualized treatment needs.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and the cultivation of resilience, adapting to the evolving needs of patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver impactful care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to process their experiences and develop essential coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and cross-functional colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and support integration of mental health services.

• Deliver crisis intervention and provide psychological support during times of trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and access to community resources to enhance their support network.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with individuals who have experienced significant trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on trauma-related therapies.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with relevant computer applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
