Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are sensitive to cultural differences, developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique circumstances and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy with inclusive approaches tailored to diverse populations.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, enabling you to effectively address acute mental health situations calmly and professionally.

Compensation and Benefits\n
