Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with various age groups, from children to older adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, thorough understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, and proficiency in therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed and comprehensive mental health assessments, with a proven track record of developing effective treatment plans.

• Previous experience providing individual and group therapy, especially to clients with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with 3+ years of experience in direct clinical practice will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with community health resources and experience using telehealth services will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
