This position is designed for a full-time clinician who will primarily work remotely with the option for in-person sessions at our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries essential for effective therapy.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address any challenges, and determine appropriate next steps, including discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client and adjust as required.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to determine eligibility and service needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions for professional growth and quality enhancement of therapy outcomes.
\n
• Adopt a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to expand clinical knowledge and improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on youth and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. The clinician will utilize a holistic approach to foster resilience and promote effective coping strategies, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Proven ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals dealing with substance abuse.

• Experience in conducting assessments, providing individual therapy, and facilitating group therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
