Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, effectively establishing rapport and fostering professional relationships to ensure therapeutic success.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to assess client progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, with an emphasis on planning for positive discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans to address each client's unique needs.
\n
• Ensure meticulous documentation and up-to-date progress notes for all clients, complying with organizational policies and regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments and engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.

• Maintain a growth-oriented mindset that embraces continuous learning and professional development in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients facing various mental health challenges. You will work with adolescents grappling with emotional and behavioral issues, providing support through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Proven ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice.

• Strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries while working with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in both assessment and diagnosis, as well as conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with using electronic health record systems and basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
