Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including diagnostic interviews and psychological evaluations, to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Work in tandem with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring holistic treatment of each client's needs.

• Respond to crisis situations with urgency by providing immediate support and interventions to clients experiencing acute distress, including developing safety plans when necessary.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, teaching mental health workshops and resources to raise public awareness about mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
