Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in stress management, relaxation, and overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific challenges, stressors, and goals, tailoring mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Facilitate individual and group mindfulness sessions that include meditation, deep breathing techniques, and self-reflection exercises aimed at nurturing emotional balance.

• Lead workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building, promoting group engagement and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
