Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions, including MBSR, aimed at reducing client stress and enhancing overall well-being.

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments to identify individual client challenges and goals, allowing for customized mindfulness practices that cater to their unique needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques in sessions, promoting self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies designed for diverse client groups.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies tailored to address specific mental health concerns during individual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan that integrates mindfulness effectively.

• Document client progress, mindfulness practices utilized, and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Commit to regular personal mindfulness practice and engage in continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge in mindfulness-based therapies.

Your work will revolve around a diverse clientele seeking support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and general stress management. You will engage with clients from varied backgrounds, each with unique experiences and perspectives. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
