Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive client relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, evaluate stability, and discuss treatment plans, including planning for discharge as necessary.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and overseeing person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Preparing and maintaining meticulous documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, ensuring all records meet legal and clinical standards.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision and peer collaboration to enhance clinical skills and maintain a growth mindset in professional practice.

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with other healthcare providers, enhancing integrated care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on youth and adolescents, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. The clinician will be expected to employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique developmental stages and needs of younger clients. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with the following experience will be favored:

Compensation and Benefits\n
