As part of our outpatient office structure, you will engage with clients remotely, ensuring high-quality mental health care without the barriers of traditional in-person settings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and risk assessments to establish baseline mental health and determine individualized treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions that promote the well-being and stability of clients using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offer crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute distress, providing immediate support to ensure safety and stabilization.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate integrated patient care and optimize outcomes.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and develop coping strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Arizona.
