Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be integral to our clients' mental health journeys. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing a personal caseload of clients by establishing rapport and building positive, professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discussing stability, and planning for future treatment or discharge as necessary.
\n
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Keeping detailed and accurate documentation regarding client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in mental health status within our electronic health record system.
\n
• Administering comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and needs better.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to reflect on your practice and receive feedback for continuous improvement.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care.

• Emphasizing a growth mindset by actively seeking learning opportunities and staying updated on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be on youth clients, including adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• The ability to meet specific internal credentialing requirements that may be necessary based on clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications listed above, preferred candidates will have:

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
