Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms of mood disorders, identifying severity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals that align with their unique preferences and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on enhancing coping strategies for managing mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, facilitating integrated care for our clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and industry best practices, incorporating new findings into your therapeutic approach to enhance patient care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops to strengthen clinical skills and contribute insights about mood disorder treatment.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing mood disorders, which may significantly impact their day-to-day lives, relationships, and overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Substantial experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT, specifically targeting mood disorders.

• Strong familiarity with psychopharmacology, enhancing your ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills with an aptitude for establishing a supportive and therapeutic relationship with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
