Inthis role, you’ll focus on growing revenue, developing new business,strengthening client relationships and connecting local businesses withmarketing opportunities that help them reach their goals. You’ll have the foundation of an established publication,the support of Hagadone Media Montana’s broader print and digital marketingportfolio, and the opportunity to make a visible impact in the NorthwestMontana business community. What You’ll Do Grow revenue: Meet sales goals through newbusiness development, account growth and client retention. Prospect new clients: Identify businesses andorganizations that are a strong fit for Insights and related marketing products. Build relationships: Learn each client’s goals andrecommend marketing solutions that support their success. Be active in the community: Represent Insights atbusiness, chamber and community events throughout Northwest Montana. Expand accountopportunities: Connectclients with additional Hagadone Media Montana print and digital marketingsolutions when appropriate. Stay organized: Maintain accurate client information, opportunities and sales activity in the company’sCRM. What We’re Looking For Strong sales andbusiness development skills Proven ability toprospect and develop new business Strongrelationship-building and communication skills Consultativeapproach to sales Self-motivated andcomfortable working independently Organized,disciplined and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Comfortablenetworking and representing Insights in the business community Curiosity aboutlocal businesses and the Northwest Montana economy Ability to learn andeffectively sell print, digital and content-based marketing products Preferred Qualifications Proven experience insales, business development or account management B2B sales experiencepreferred Media or advertisingexperience is helpful but not required Experience using CRMsystems preferred Valid driver'slicense Bachelor's degree orequivalent professional experience Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience and talent.
