Customer Success Associate

San Francisco, CA | Hybrid - 3 days per week in our Financial District WeWork US ENT is seeking a proactive, organized, and relationship-focused Customer Success Associate to support our growing network of healthcare practices. You’ll help members get the most from their US ENT membership by managing onboarding, vendor activations, ongoing support, and program adoption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership in a fast-growing environment. What You’ll Do Guide new members through onboarding and vendor activation. Respond to member questions and manage requests through resolution. Help practices understand available contracts, savings opportunities, and programs. Coordinate with vendors on pricing, account setup, rosters, and implementation. Maintain accurate member and activity records in HubSpot. Schedule check-ins, program reviews, demos, and follow-up meetings. Identify additional opportunities to support members. Assist with communications, webinars, and program launches. Collaborate across teams to improve the member experience. What We’re Looking For 0–3 years of experience in customer success, account support, healthcare operations, sales support, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally. Comfort learning CRM and project-management tools. The expected salary range for this position is $70,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
