Imagine This

A priority ticket hits Corrigo for a multi-site client. You quickly verify the location, scope, priority, NTE, and required completion date, confirm contacts and special instructions, acknowledge within the response window, and collaborate with scheduling to dispatch. Throughout the job, you update stakeholders on ETA, progress, any materials or approval delays, and arrange return visits if needed. When the work wraps, you compile service notes, labor, materials, photos, equipment details, and completion documents—then upload airtight closeout documentation and sync data with our internal systems.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Monitor and process Corrigo work orders continuously.
• Audit intake details: location, scope, priority, NTE, required completion dates, contacts, and special instructions.
• Accept and acknowledge requests within required timeframes.
• Partner with internal scheduling and operations to assign and advance work.
• Keep customers and facility contacts informed at every milestone: acknowledgment, technician ETA, scheduling updates, work-in-progress, return visits, material/approval delays, and completion status.
• Maintain accurate, timely status updates in Corrigo.
• Request and track technician inputs: service notes, labor, materials, photos, equipment information, and completion documentation.
• Prepare and upload complete closeout documentation following job completion.
• Identify and drive resolution of incomplete or aging work orders.
• Assist with quotes, NTE monitoring, and approval tracking as needed.
• Ensure data integrity between Corrigo and Beacon's internal service-management platforms.
• Provide professional responses to customer emails, messages, and requests.
• Support operations with additional administrative and data-entry tasks when required.

What Helps You Succeed

• 3+ years in administrative support, dispatch, work-order management, or service coordination.
• Strong preference for prior experience in trade-driven environments: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, facilities maintenance, or construction.
• Capacity to work quickly and precisely under competing deadlines and high order volume.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organization and follow-up; you independently surface outstanding items and close them out.
• Comfort across multiple software platforms; Corrigo, ServiceChannel, ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, or similar exposure is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and fundamental spreadsheet/data-entry capabilities.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, not required.
