SalcinesLaw is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-service-focused Fully Bilingual Intake Clerk to become the first point of contact for our clients.

When someone calls our office, they are often dealing with a stressful legal issue. We are looking for someone who can make people feel heard, valued, and confident that they have called the right law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in the legal field.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and greet prospective clients
• Conduct initial client intake interviews
• Gather and enter client information into Clio Grow and Clio
• Schedule consultations for attorneys and intake specialists
• Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled appointments
• Request and organize documents from prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records and notes in the firm's CRM
• Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Monitor intake pipelines and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist with administrative and client service tasks as needed
• Help create an exceptional client experience from the very first interaction

What We're Looking For

• Must have Prior experience in another law firm as Intake

Exceptional customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Experience with Clio, Clio Grow, or CRM software is a plus
• MUST BE Bilingual English and Spanish
• Prior law firm, sales, call center, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus
