As a Security Officer Unarmed - Afternoons in Swansea, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control and badge-related processes, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to site-specific procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
