Compensation: $117,000 - $147,000 annually

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.

As an AVP, Enterprise Risk Management , you won't just be identifying risks. You'll help shape how Mission Fed grows, innovates, and navigates the future. Think of yourself as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. You'll work closely with executives to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges before they happen, and help the organization make smart, confident decisions.

• As a subject matter expert, you'll help leadership understand where the organization faces risk and where opportunities exist, ensuring Mission Fed can continue growing responsibly and successfully.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk, audit, compliance, legal, or a related function within a regulated financial environment
• Strong track record leading enterprise risk assessments and advising senior leadership
• Experience influencing cross-functional initiatives and operating independently in complex environments
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
• Relevant professional certification required (RIMS-CRMP preferred; FRM, PRM, CRCM, CRM, or similar accepted)
• Credit union or financial services experience strongly preferred
