Healthcare HR Coordinator — Training, Compliance & Benefits

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the Home Office and organization-wide HR functions. Under limited direction, you will perform complex administrative and analytical tasks, supporting recruitment, records, benefits, and training initiatives. You will help design and implement HR policies, onboard new hires, manage onboarding paperwork, maintain confidential files, and generate monthly HRIS reports for managers.
