Job Title: CVICU RN - Registered Nurse

Pay Range: 59.74 - 62.73
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (Night, 3x12-Hour)
Contract Length: 16 weeks (start date 08/10/26) / 14 weeks (start date 08/24/26)
Candidate Type: Local
Requirements: MD RN, BLS, CPI, and ACLS required; NIH, OCN, and TCNN preferred
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care for post-op cardiac surgery patients, including those with active management of cardiac output and extreme coagulopathy.
• Manage patients with hemodynamic instability, open chest, OHS/Impella, ECMO, CRRT, IABP, or at surgeon’s discretion.
• Float to MSICU as needed and work rotating night/mid shifts based on unit needs.
• Adhere to scheduled weekend and holiday coverage requirements.
• Assist with patients requiring 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, including post-op cardiac patients and cardiac re-admissions.
