Compensation starts at $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications!ResponsibilitiesAccurately document and complete all work outlined on repair ordersPerform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes and air filter replacementsInspect and maintain vehicle fluid levels by replenishing or replacing fluids as neededCheck and adjust tire pressure to ensure proper vehicle performance and safetyCollaborate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials efficientlyComplete assigned repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient mannerCommunicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep guests informed throughout the service processQualificationsUnderstanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilitiesEffective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improveAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAs part of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for all company benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k with automatic 3% company contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, discounts on vehicles and services, and much more!
