As a Senior UX Designer, you will be working in a collaborative, energetic, dynamic, and creative environment to design a highly effective user experience for our emerging and existing web and mobile healthcare products and services.The Role:Use design tools to build a comprehensive view of the current state of end-user experience in different journeys as well as the aspirational stateCollaborate on the definition of UX design standards and on the design of longer-term projectsIdentify downstream implications of changes and how design decisions might impact other product areasAdvocate for the customer through user-centered design methodologies to strategically define ideal customer experiencesLead cross-functional, cross-company initiatives and mentor designers in UX best practices, methodologies, and tools used to deliver artifactsActs as a thought leader by identifying ways to continually enhance the end-user experienceCreate wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and screen flowsDevelop prototypes that can be tested by users, or presented to stakeholders and teammates for feedbackDevelop personas and customer journey maps to inform product design decisionsAnalyze user feedback and iterating to enhance the user experienceContribute to the creation and evolution of design principles, guidelines and patternsSkills & Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-Centered Computing (HCC), Cognitive Psychology, or other relevant programs.5+ years of product or user experience spanning web, native mobile (iOS), and enterprise application design requiredExperience in financial services, and/or healthcare, specifically practice management software preferredA relevant portfolio of work illustrating user-centered design solutions (e.g. personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, workflows, design specs, etc.)Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interface design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniquesProficiency in design tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or Sketch and prototyping tools like InVision or AxureEffective communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsProblem solving and analytical skillsHighly collaborative and a UX AdvocateSelf starter with a proactive work ethicAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic and agile environmentModernizing Medicine Benefit Highlights:Health Insurance, 401(k), Vacation, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee Resource GroupsProfessional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement programs and unlimited access to LinkedIn LearningWeekly catered breakfast and lunch, treadmill workstations, quarterly onsite massages, onsite dry cleaning, onsite car wash and many more!
