In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant
$100,000 – $400,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission)
New Jersey & Staten Island | Company Vehicle Provided
GUARANTEED SERVICE is a fast-growing, full-service Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing company. We’re hiring experienced In-Home Sales Consultants who are ready to take advantage of high-quality leads, uncapped earnings, and a proven sales system.
- Run pre-set, company-provided appointments (no cold calling)
- Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend HVAC solutions
- Present financing and pricing options clearly and confidently
- Close deals in the home
- Manage your schedule and follow-ups effectively
- Uncapped commission – Top reps earning $400K+
- Consistent, high-quality leads provided
- Company truck + gas card

- 5+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC preferred)
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Confident and persuasive
- Customer-focused with strong listening skills
- Resilient and competitive
- Organized and able to manage your own pipeline
Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotating weekends
