Requirements: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start; BLS Certification; 1 year of experience; Willing to float to other med/surg units if needed; 3x12-hour shifts, Days, 7a-7:30p, rotating every other weekend, holiday rotation, on-call not required, open to accommodating block schedule
Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting on med/surg units.
• Float between units as needed to meet facility needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
• Document patient observations and interventions accurately in Epic.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety procedures, and certification requirements.
