We’re building the law firm we always wished existed — one that values innovation, exceptional client service, and people who ask one simple question: “What’s Next?” WHAT YOU’LL DO Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients Conduct thoughtful intake conversations and build trust Explain consultations, fees, and next steps Manage follow-up by phone, text, and email Maintain accurate records in Clio Grow and Clio Manage Coordinate with attorneys on urgent consultations Help improve our intake systems and client experience YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE 2-5 years of legal intake or client-facing law firm experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, or litigation matters Experience with Clio (preferred), Filevine, or similar legal software A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset Bonus: Spanish-English bilingual skills, experience discussing retainers or payment options, or ideas for improving client intake.
