McClintock Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented team player, with great technical and people skills for our HVAC Quality Assurance Start-Up Technician role!

This role is responsible for ensuring all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems are installed, maintained, and functioning according to company standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC experience combined with a sharp eye for detail, strong documentation skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years experience in HVAC installation, maintenance or quality assurance.
2. EPA Certification required or can be obtained within the first 60 days; NATE certification a plus.
3. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, fluency in a 2nd language a plus.
4. High School Diploma or equivalent.
5. Driver’s License and clean driving record- must meet insurance underwriting requirements
6. Clean background- must be able to pass a background screening.
7. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds team lifting.
8. Ability to access and work in attics and crawl spaces, ability to work in hot or cold environments.
