Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking a HSMx Service Desk Supply Management Support Specialist to join their team. As a HSMx Service Desk Supply Management Support Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Support Department supporting hotel operations and procurement teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HSMx Service Desk Supply Management Support Specialist Location:McLean, VA Pay Range: $28.00 per hour What's the Job? Manage a high volume of email inquiries related to supply chain and procurement support. Handle supplier and purchasing support calls professionally and efficiently. Assist hotel leaders with procurement guidance and supply chain solutions. Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Track activities and generate reports using Salesforce and Microsoft Teams. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of customer service experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, procurement, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
