We specialize in hearing evaluations, hearing aids, and balance testing while providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, professional environment. About the Position We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Assistant Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working four days per week , primarily in our South Jordan office, with one day each week in our Murray location. This position is designed for someone who wants to grow. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a Branch Office Manager role within approximately 6–12 months . Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Coordinate daily office operations Maintain patient records and office organization Communicate with patients, providers, and staff Assist with managing office supplies and equipment Help ensure an efficient and positive patient experience Support the providers and office manager with administrative tasks Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and professional appearance Comfortable using computers and office software Ability to work independently while also being a team player Healthcare or medical office experience is preferred but not required Previous administrative or office experience is strongly preferred Additional Information Why Join Rocky Mountain Hearing & Balance?
