Customer Service Representative

America’s Got Soccer is one of the fastest-growing youth soccer programs in the country. We’re passionate about delivering fun, high-energy experiences that create lasting memories for kids and their families. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Drive Enrollment Growth Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems Customer Relationship Building Build strong rapport with parents and guardians Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience Sales Execution Confidently present program offerings and value propositions Overcome objections and close enrollmentsConsistently meet or exceed individual sales targets Bilingual Customer Support Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with operations and program teams Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings Qualifications Competitive Drive to Win You are goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics Proven Sales Experience Background in inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition Demonstrated ability to close deals and hit targets Pipeline & CRM Discipline Experience managing leads and tracking activity in CRM systems Organized and consistent in follow-ups Strong Communication Skills Confident, clear, and engaging communicator Excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and youth Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required to effectively support our diverse community Self-Starter Mentality Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Takes initiative without needing constant direction Compensation: From $17.50 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
