Based in Texas, this role reports to the Vice President, Legal and serves as a key advisor within a highly integrated legal team. The position offers the opportunity to partner closely with operations and leadership to provide practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance across construction, litigation, labor, and regulatory matters, while playing a meaningful role in shaping risk management and project execution strategies. Experience: The ideal candidate will bring significant legal experience with at least 5 years focused in construction law. Familiarity with design and construction agreements plus experience handling disputes, litigation management, and insurance-related matters is important. Ideal candidates will have in-house experience.
