What You\'ll be doing As an Account Executive, you\'ll own the complete sales process from prospecting to receiving a contract. You\'ll introduce real estate professionals, brokerages, lenders, investors, developers, and institutional partners to a platform and process that\'s redefining how properties are bought and sold. Success in this role isn\'t about delivering a scripted pitch. It\'s about becoming a trusted advisor who can simplify technology, challenge conventional thinking, and help customers see what\'s possible. Your responsibilities will include: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Develop relationships with top-producing real estate agents, brokerages, lenders, investors, developers, and enterprise clients. Conduct product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of Propy\'s AI-powered transaction platform, blockchain technology, digital escrow, and cryptocurrency closing capabilities. Guide prospects through every stage of the real estate transaction, from initial discovery through onboarding. Educate clients on how blockchain, digital assets, AI, and modern transaction technology improve efficiency, security, and the client experience. Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within the CRM. Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Stay current on real estate trends, emerging technologies, cryptocurrency adoption, and industry regulations. Most sales jobs involve replacing one vendor with another. This one involves introducing clients to an entirely new way of buying and selling real estate. Many prospects have never experienced blockchain-powered transactions or AI-driven escrow. That means curiosity, confidence, and strong communication skills matter just as much as closing ability. You\'ll spend as much time educating the market as you will selling into it. If you enjoy being early, creating demand, and helping shape an emerging category, you\'ll find this role incredibly rewarding. What we are Looking for 3+ years of success in B2B sales, SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, title, or real estate technology. Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong consultative selling and discovery skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Comfortable speaking with everyone from individual agents to brokerage executives and enterprise decision-makers. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM. Genuine interest in blockchain, AI, cryptocurrency, Web3, or emerging technology. Bonus Points Existing relationships within the real estate industry. Experience selling title, escrow, or transaction management solutions. Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain applications. High-growth technology company experience.
