Manager, Human Resources

We're seeking a strategic HR Manager with proven experience supporting warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations. This individual will drive workforce planning initiatives, develop leadership capability, and provide HR guidance within a fast-paced, operationally complex environment. The role serves as the primary HR leader for our Groveport, OH distribution center while providing support to 4 additional locations.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise leaders on employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.Experience supporting both hourly and salaried associate population within a Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics or similar environment.Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.Ability to work independently and manage HR priorities across multiple locations and business functions.Experience utilizing HRIS and workforce management systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG)Job SummaryImplement HR programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning. Collects and analyzes HR data and makes recommendations to management. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.Education and ExperienceTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
