Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and assist patients with their concerns. Efficient Navigation: Navigate through multiple computer programs simultaneously. Skills and Qualifications: Computer Proficiency: Strong foundation in computer navigation skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
