For more information, please visit: About the Role We’re seeking an exceptional, early‑career Paralegal who’s energized by impactful legal work, excited to work on matters involving major institutional clients, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with minimal direction. This role is designed for someone who’s part detective, part organizer, and all‑around problem solver. If you pride yourself on meticulous work product, clear communication, and keeping your cases—and your attorneys—prepared, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. You’ll be a pivotal member of our team, trusted with important responsibilities, and empowered to make meaningful contributions every day. What You’ll Do Act as a friendly and professional point of contact, communicating effectively with clients and various stakeholders. Provide consistency and stability for regular work from two of our biggest institutional clients. Efficiently coordinate calendars, deadlines, appointments, and related activities to keep all matters and tasks organized and ensure smooth case progression. Continuously refine and implement streamlined processes and procedures to boost efficiency. Draft, prepare, and meticulously proofread a variety of legal documents—including correspondence, motions, subpoenas, complaints, and witness lists—to ensure accuracy and clarity. Prepare document redlines, conduct conflict checks, and create engagement agreements accurately. Create clear, professional, and compelling PowerPoint presentations. What You Bring 1-3 years of Paralegal experience, ideally focused in one or more of our key practice areas. Superb organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an analytical mind. Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable interacting confidently with clients, attorneys, and colleagues. Comfort with consistent, high‑volume work. This role is not without variety, but much of the work supports two large institutional clients, so the right person will be able to learn repeatable processes and stay detail‑oriented. Tech proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite, case management software, and e‑discovery platforms. Initiative and independence—you proactively tackle challenges and keep cases moving smoothly. Absolute discretion in handling confidential matters.
