Overview AP/AR Accountant – Construction Industry Temp to Hire (will consider direct hire DOE) Join a growing construction team and take ownership of day‑to‑day AP/AR activity that keeps projects moving. This role handles vendor invoices, customer billing, payments, and account reconciliations while partnering closely with project managers and operations. What You’ll Do Process AP invoices, coding, approvals, and payment runs Manage AR billing, cash application, and light collections Enter job‑related transactions in JobView or similar construction ERP Support job costing, lien waivers, subcontractor documents, and project billing Reconcile AP, AR, and bank accounts and assist with month‑end close Work with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues What You Bring 2+ years AP/AR or accounting experience (construction preferred) Experience with JobView or similar ERP Strong Excel and accounting‑system skills Detail‑driven, organized, and able to work independently Benefits Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
