General Manager – Trendy, Guest-Focused Restaurant Brand

Position Overview
The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and team culture. This role is ideal for a hands-on, passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is ready to grow with a brand that values authenticity, teamwork, and fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, labor management, and food/beverage execution.
- Drive sales and profitability through smart operational decisions and creative local marketing.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the company’s culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Foster a positive work environment where feedback, recognition, and growth are encouraged.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or multi-unit leader in casual dining or fast-casual.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a strong team.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building community.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on operational excellence and profitability.
- Hands-on leadership style — willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
