Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.## **Job Description**Performs quality assurance engagement for Correspondent and HFA mortgage lending platforms and integrations, ensuring strong alignment between onshore coordination and offshore execution within a hybrid operating model. Provides guidance to test leads and extended teams while embedding rigorous testing practices and quality governance throughout release cycles. Partners cross-functionally with product, development, business operations, and change management teams to drive effective collaboration and contribute to the resolution of complex testing challenges. Leverages tools such as JIRA and PractiTest to support test documentation, coverage analysis, defect tracking, capacity planning, and data-driven reporting, while continuously enhancing testing methodologies and promoting standardization across Home Lending Delivery.
