Hemophilia Sales & Business Development Executive This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as required, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Hemophilia Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for impacting sales results by thoroughly training and developing sales associates for a specified time period. How you will make an impact Provides training support and mentorship to sales associates as it pertains to sales objectives. Leverages business acumen and experience to provide guidance and best practices. Partners with the leadership team on the goals for each individual sales associate. Works collaboratively across the business unit to determine training needs and opportunities. Provides written objectives and goals to sales associate as part of the training process. Develops and provides training on internal processes, sales data analysis, call cycle frequency and preparation, and other relevant information impacting sales. Supports sales goal achievement and objectives by traveling to train associates, conducting ride‑alongs, and meeting with clients and other principals as necessary. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and a minimum 3 years of sales experience with a focus on customer relationships and business development; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Strongly prefer a minimum of 2 years of sales training experience. For candidates working in person or virtually in the following locations, the salary range for this specific position is $106,216 - $166,566. Locations: Illinois; Washington State.
