We’re opening a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen in San Antonio — built for speed, consistency, and quality — and we’re hiring BOH team members who take pride in clean execution and sharp timing.

You’ll be trained on the line and prep stations, working in a high-energy kitchen where every second counts. If you move with purpose, stay organized under pressure, and care about putting out great food, this role is for you.

• Cook tacos and other menu items to spec with speed and consistency

• Set up, maintain, and break down your station to exact standards

• Handle prep work, portioning, and restocking throughout the shift

• Keep BOH areas clean, stocked, and organized at all times

• Follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures

• Communicate clearly with expo and FOH to maintain service flow

• Run food and support service

• Wash dishes and organize kitchen

• Fast, focused, and dependable in a high-volume kitchen

• Strong attention to detail and a clean, organized work style

• Able to stay calm and consistent during peak rushes

• Open to learning multiple BOH stations

• Kitchen or line cook experience is a plus, but not required

• Cross-training on line and prep stations
