Line Cook / Chef

Blush is hiring Line Cooks and Chefs to join our morning brunch team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring every guest who visits Blush enjoys the best possible dining experience, from the quality of the food to the consistency and presentation of each dish.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook brunch menu items to Blush's standards of taste, quality, and presentation
Work efficiently on the line during busy morning service to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station in accordance with food safety practices
Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Monitor food quality and freshness, communicating any issues to kitchen leadership
Help maintain inventory and proper stock levels of ingredients as needed

Requirements
Previous experience as a line cook or chef, ideally in a brunch or breakfast-focused kitchen
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced morning service environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation standards
