General Superintendent - Data Center Construction

My client is a leading US General Contractor is looking for an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on major hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects across the US. This is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall delivery of complex data center construction projects, working closely with the Project Executive, Project Manager, owners, design teams, subcontractors and commissioning teams. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations across large-scale data center projects Drive project schedule, 3-week lookaheads and short-interval planning Coordinate complex MEP, CSA and commissioning activities Review drawings, specifications and constructability issues Lead coordination meetings with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners Support commissioning, turnover and closeout activities What We're Looking For 12+ years of commercial data center construction experience Previous experience as a Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent or similar field leadership role Proven experience delivering data centers, hyperscale, mission-critical or other highly complex facilities Experience managing large subcontractor teams and complex MEP scopes Experience on projects valued at $100M+ preferred Competitive base salary: $180K-$250K+ depending on experience and marke Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Per diem and travel support on applicable assignments 401(k) with company contribution This is an opportunity for an experienced field leader to take ownership of major mission-critical projects and play a key role in the continued expansion of the US data center market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
