Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: Guaranteed starting salary of $425,000 per year, with additional productivity incentives
• Signing Bonus: $75,000 to support your transition

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal services
• Manage diverse patient cases utilizing advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted procedures and ultrasound
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team from primary care to specialty providers, including pediatricians and hospitalists
• Conduct hospital rounds and coordinate inpatient care when needed
• Mentor and lead support staff and advanced practice providers
• Engage in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in shared call to provide after-hours support, ensuring work-life balance

What You Need

• Medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure in Missouri
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, new grads considered
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
