What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to outpatient and inpatient patients
• Manage diverse women's health issues, including prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecological surgeries
• Conduct hospital rounds or coordinate inpatient care with hospitalists
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists from St. Louis Children's Hospital
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robot-assisted systems and procedural rooms with ultrasound, colposcopy, and urodynamics
• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff and advanced practice providers
• Document thoroughly in compliance with medical and hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outreach efforts
• Support community health efforts in a rural, underserved area

What You Need Required:

• Medical license in Missouri or ability to obtain
• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
• At least 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic surgical systems
• Prior work in a hospital setting
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
