About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director or Director for Healthcare ECM with a strong focus on execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of equity capital market transactions within the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including its regulatory environment, and the ability to provide strategic advice to clients on capital raising activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing healthcare ECM deals, a robust network of industry contacts, and the ability to work closely with a team to ensure the successful and timely completion of transactions. Applicants for the Managing Director or Director position in Healthcare ECM at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in equity capital markets, with a focus on healthcare, is required. The role demands a high level of proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, capable of leading a team and managing client relationships effectively.
