Business Analyst III – Implementation AnalystLocation: Onsite (Omaha Nebraska) Industry: Financial Services / FintechJob Overview:We are seeking multiple Implementation Analysts (Business Analyst III) to join a client-facing team supporting high-impact initiatives within a dynamic fintech environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, quality-driven analyst who excels in discovery, requirements definition, and end-to-end testing. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, testable solutions while ensuring quality and value delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.Responsibilities:Lead discovery efforts through structured interviews, questioning, and research to define accurate business and technical requirementsTranslate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteriaDevelop and execute detailed test scenarios, including positive and negative test casesOwn the testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect identification, tracking, and resolutionValidate outputs and ensure end-to-end solution integrity and qualityPartner with internal teams to support delivery and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Create and maintain documentation such as user stories and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)Drive value-based prioritization by collaborating with stakeholders to align work with business impact, risk, and effortSupport both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, adapting to evolving team structures and methodologiesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, scope, and delivery expectationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in business analysis, implementation analysis, or similar roleStrong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and validationHands-on experience with test planning, execution, and defect managementProven ability to create detailed test cases (positive and negative scenarios)Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client interactionFamiliarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesExperience creating user stories and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred: Experience in financial services or fintech environmentsPrior experience in client-facing implementation rolesExposure to tools supporting testing, requirements tracking, or Agile deliveryAbout Theoris:Our goal is to Fuel Your Career!
