What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology and Oncology care
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12–25 outpatients daily and 2–8 hospital patients
• Collaborate with hospital staff to support cancer treatment protocols
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR system
• Participate in rounding and patient management in a Level III trauma setting
• Contribute to a supportive environment primarily working solo with no APP support

What You Need

• Active medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensing
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Minimum of 1 year of Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
