In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and execution expert for some of the world's most sophisticated institutional, private bank, and private equity clients, bringing market intelligence and precision to every interaction.As an Executive Director in our High Touch Trading team, you will execute equity trades across a diverse and high-profile client base while drawing on deep market expertise to inform strategy in real time. This work sits at the intersection of client relationships, market structure, and execution quality — where the decisions you make daily have direct, measurable impact on client outcomes and the firm's market presence.Job responsibilitiesExecute equity trades for institutional, private bank, and private equity clientsProvide market insights and trading strategies to clientsMonitor market conditions and trends to inform trading decisionsCollaborate with sales, research, and other trading teamsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policiesUtilize advanced trading technologies and platforms to enhance trading efficiencyRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience in equity trading or finance roles within markets, with a proven track record in a high touch environmentStrong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and market microstructureExcellent analytical and quantitative skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or CFA) preferredDemonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
